Thank you for signing up for the cornhoee tournament on May 2, 2026 at Reaver Beach during the Mission in Motion Fundraising Event.
With your sign up you will get 1 raffle ticket as well.

Your Cornhole Sign up fee is a Donation/Contribution toward the Hope On Wheels Mission in Motion Event. All proceeds from this is put toward the Mission.

Once you sign up you will get an email from the Foundation with your form to fill out for your player information.

IF YOU HAVE A TEAM MATE THAT WILL BE SIGNING UP. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST THEIR NAME ON YOUR FORM AS WELL SO THAT WE CAN MATCH YOUR FORMS TOGETHER WHEN THEY PAY
